Als administratief medewerker speel jij een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van B2B-klanten en zorg je ervoor dat zij steeds kunnen rekenen op een vlotte, efficiënte en correcte service. Je bent het aanspreekpunt dat de schakel vormt tussen klanten en interne teams, en draagt zo je steentje bij aan het succes en de groei van het bedrijf.

In deze functie begeleid je het volledige commerciële traject van klanten, van offertes en contracten tot opvolging en klachtenbeheer. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en klanten om processen te optimaliseren, prijzen te bepalen en duurzame relaties uit te bouwen. Het is een rol met zowel analytische als communicatieve verantwoordelijkheden, in een internationale en dynamische omgeving.
