As a Customer Operations Specialist (Trilingual) your responsibilities are:

  • Manage and process customer inquiries and requests effectively.
  • Handle client files from A-Z.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and professional communication in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements where necessary.

A successful Customer Operations Specialist (Trilingual) should have:

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
