Functie

  • Welcome members and visitors with a professional and friendly approach
  • Support daily operations and meeting room coordination
  • Assist with administrative follow-up and member communication
  • Help organize community events and networking activities
  • Build strong relationships with members and promote services



Profiel

  • First experience in hospitality, reception, office support or customer service
  • Service-minded, proactive and energetic personality
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Organized, flexible and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and people-oriented environment
