Functie

As a Management Assistant you will:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Organise international business travel and logistics
  • Prepare executive-level documents and board meeting packs
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential correspondence, calls and information flow
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations and team coordination

Profiel

A successful Management Assistant should have following profile:

  • 3+ years' experience as Management Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Fluent in English and strong French communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Outlook and MS Office tools
  • Discreet, proactive and comfortable in high-pressure environments
