Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Trilingual FR / NL / EN) to join its team and ensure customer satisfaction for their customer portfolio. You will work with internal stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Marketing and Logistics to ensure everything is in order.

Functie

As a Customer Service Representative at our client, you will have the following responsibilities :

  • Act as Single Point of Contact for your portfolios of clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Handle orders, pricing, and service complaints.
  • Provide proactively solutions to clients.
  • Keep the database up to date regarding contract and prices for example.
  • Monitor orders, prepare order/shipment/backorder reports.
  • Support the Sales department with commercial activities.
  • Handle customer compensations.

Profiel

The ideal Customer Service Representative for our client would have the following skills :

  • A Master Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Fluency in French, English and Dutch.
  • Experienced with ERP for order management (Ideally SAP).
  • Analytical mindset & strong communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
  • Team Player mentality.
