As a Junior Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role supporting the growth of a dynamic retail network by identifying, attracting and engaging the talents who will shape the customer experience of tomorrow.You will act as a true partner to the business, working closely with managers to understand their needs and turn them into successful hires.

Our client is an international retail brand specialising in premium lifestyle products, with a strong presence both in-store and online across Europe.

Functie

  • Partner with store and head office managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Source and approach candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, ...)
  • Conduct first interviews and assess candidates' skills, motivation and cultural fit
  • Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career events, social media, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with retail market trends and hiring practices

Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business or similar)
  • Strong interest in retail and people-focused roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, results-driven and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with an excellent level of English
