Job Description

Logistics:

  • Stock Management with the computer system
  • Preparation, packing, planning and organisation of shipment following clear industry guidelines
  • Organize receipt of parcels
  • Track incoming and outgoign stones with high accuracy
  • etc



Client contacts:

  • Receive orders
  • Assistance of the sales team
  • Coordination of shipment
  • etc



Personal Assistant to CEO

  • Organization of travels, (flights, hotels, visa, agenda)
  • Coordination of confidential meetings
  • Any other administrative and organizational requests

  • Management of website
  • Treasury
  • Payment reminders
  • etc



The Successful Applicant

  • Highly organize, accurate and reliable person
  • Fluent in French and a very good level in English.
  • You already have an experience in an administrative function
  • Strong interpersonal skills
