Our client operates in the retail sector and is a medium-sized company with approximately 80 employees.

Job Description

As an Office Manager/HR, your responsibilities will be :

  • Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support HR activities, including recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Organize and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager/HR should have:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dutch is a plus!
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in office management or HR-related roles within the Business Services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
