The company is located Diegem, but you'll be working regularly from different client accounts in BeLux.

Job Description

  • Be on site to help get the facility management get started and running smoothly
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client accounts and internal teams
  • Ask questions and gather practical information about how the companies work
  • Help organize information, follow up on actions, and prepare clear reporting
  • Support meetings, checks, and day‑to‑day activities when needed
  • Travel, adapt to new situations, and learn how business operations work step by step
  • When needed occasionally step in to replace your colleagues on site



The Successful Applicant

  • You just graduated or have a few years of experience
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable speaking up and engaging with stakeholders
  • Social, approachable, and motivated to help things move forward
  • Structured, accurate, and reliable in organizing information and follow‑ups
  • Fast learner who enjoys variety, change, and hands‑on work
  • Flexible, curious, and invested in personal and professional growth
