Job Description



  • Oversee daily office operations: supplies, vendors, maintenance.


  • Keep the office welcoming, organized, and efficient.


  • Handle calls, correspondence, and greet visitors.


  • Assist the CEO with travel bookings, agenda, and reservations.


  • Coordinate meetings, company events, and external seminars with a sustainability focus (eco-friendly catering, venues, etc.).


  • Support HR with onboarding, expenses, and updating staff tools.


  • Contribute to team-building activities and workshops to promote a positive and sustainable workplace culture.


  • Ensure accuracy in administrative follow-up and reporting.



The Successful Applicant



  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Office Management, HR, Administration, or similar).


  • Experience: Experience is a plus, but motivation, ambition, and smart thinking matter more.


  • Languages: Excellent English (C1) and strong French or Dutch (B2 minimum).
