Job Description

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the team manager.
  • Track selected policy topics and assist in preparing brief inputs.
  • Organise physical and virtual meetings, including agendas and follow‑up.
  • Handle travel planning and event logistics.
  • Coordinate activities of working groups.
  • Draft short reports and communication summaries.
  • Update webpages, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Maintain contact lists, files, and member resources.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Office Management or similar,
  • Relevant assistant experience is a must.
  • Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a big plus.
  • Confident with digital tools, websites, and social media.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and collaborative platforms.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation abilities.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Calm and reliable under time pressure.
