About Our Client

Job Description

  • Provide day to day support for all aspects of facilities management
  • Resolve any logistical issues and escalate to Office Manager
  • Answer to all requests of employees of the company
  • Ensure all equipment/technology is in working order and report when required
  • Perform basic building repairs daily, replace light bulbs, etc
  • Move furniture such as desk, tables, chairs and boxes
  • Work closely with the reception (preparing meeting rooms, handling mails etc)
  • etc

The Successful Applicant

  • You are a people pleaser, super organised and you have a very positive attitude
  • You have a very good level in English and French ir Dutch, a third language is a real asset
  • You are proficient in MS word, Excel and Outlook
  • You ideally have a first experience in a similar function or a function that requires a good contact with people and good organizational skills
