About Our Client

Our client is an international organization operating in the life science industry. They are recognized for their specialization in innovative solutions and their commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. For the Customer Service team, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service, Order-to-Cash professional, to support the French market.

Job Description

As a Customer Service professional, your responsibilities are:

  • Process customer purchase orders in line with customer logistics and shipping requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues.
  • Manage and track customer cases in Salesforce.
  • Resolve logistics and delivery issues in collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and support the resolution of escalated customer concerns.
  • Ensure effective team backup coverage and knowledge sharing.
  • Complete required training and contribute to a positive, KPI-driven team environment..



The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service professional should have:

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or order management experience.
  • Fluent in French and English, additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.



Skills:

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
