Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service & Dispatcher to act as the key link between customers and field technicians.

In this role, you will manage customer interactions, coordinate service appointments, and ensure the smooth planning of technical interventions. You will play a central role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining an efficient and well-organized schedule for the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Listen carefully to customer issues, service requests, and technical concerns.
  • Provide first-level advice and guidance when appropriate.
  • Proactively contact customers to schedule maintenance visits and service appointments.
  • Coordinate and dispatch field technicians efficiently.
  • Manage and optimize technicians' schedules based on priorities and service requirements.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience, even in urgent or high-pressure situations.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stress-management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Good knowledge of common office software and digital tools.
