Job Description

As a CS DACH for the Medical Industry your responsibilities are:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, specific demands, ...
  • Handle returns
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers in the life science industry.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Monitor and handle customer complaints to achieve effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer service department.



The Successful Applicant

A successful CS DACH for the Medical Industry should have:

  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service (within the life science or medical industry is a plus)
  • Proficiency in using SAP
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
