Deze functie biedt de kans om de nachtoperatie aan te sturen, waarbij logistieke processen worden geoptimaliseerd, deadlines en kwaliteit strak worden bewaakt en een team van 15 collega's wordt gemotiveerd om topprestaties te leveren. Met ruimte voor initiatief, snelle probleemoplossing en impactvolle rapportage zorg je voor een veilige, vlot draaiende nachtshift waarin je écht het verschil maakt.

Na een grondige basisopleiding sta je in voor een combinatie van technische en administratieve taken binnen de werkplaats. Je voert herstellingen uit aan de toestellen en volgt het volledige traject nauwkeurig op. Daarnaast zorg je voor de voorbereiding, het afdrukken en de administratieve verwerking van documenten. Je onderhoudt ook het contact met externe leveranciers en het magazijn, zowel telefonisch als via mail.

Teamleider FR/DU (nachtdienst)

• Beheer en coördinatie van een team van 15 personen voor het nachtelijke orderpicken.
• Opvolging van bestellingen, optimalisatie van stromen, KPI-analyse en rapportage.
• Veelzijdig profiel, proactief, stressbestendig, logisch, resultaatgericht.
• Beheersing van ERP, Excel, Frans en Nederlands.
