Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant Trilingual your responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare, proofread, and translate documents in three languages as required.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support various business functions.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and assist with procurement processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrative Assistant Trilingual should have:

  • Excellent knowledge in three languages, including French, Dutch, and English.
  • Bachelor in Executive assistant or similar
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a professional and fast-paced environment.
