Job Description

  • Manage and follow up on trade-related administrative processes in SAP
  • Ensure accuracy of VAT handling, invoicing, and payment follow-up
  • Analyse and resolve discrepancies within transactions
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional departments
  • Handle customer interactions related to administrative and financial matters
  • Contribute to the design and optimisation of processes and workflows
  • Occasionally support commercial activities such as client visits



The Successful Applicant

    • Strong administrative and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
    • Proven experience with SAP is essential
    • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
    • Comfortable working in an evolving environment with limited existing processes
    • Able to communicate effectively across departments
    • Fluent in Dutch and English
    • More process- and system-driven than commercially relationship-focused
