This role sits at the heart of operations, combining production planning, inventory management, purchasing, and supplier coordination to ensure products are available at the right time and in the right quantities. You'll use data, SAP, and your supply chain expertise to stay ahead of demand, optimize stock levels, and keep production and customer deliveries running smoothly.

Job Description

  • Turn forecasts into smart production and material plans while keeping capacity, maintenance, and priorities in balance.
  • Stay ahead of the game by spotting bottlenecks and anticipating operational needs before they arise.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and inbound deliveries to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Keep stock levels on point by maintaining MRP settings and inventory accuracy in SAP.
  • Coordinate customer and sample orders, ensuring seamless warehouse and transport execution.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights through stock, supplier, and performance reporting while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.



The Successful Applicant

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent gained through experience
✔ A logistics background? That's a strong plus!
✔ SAP and ERP systems hold no secrets for you.
✔ Advanced Excel skills - you're not afraid of complex spreadsheets and formulas.
✔ Native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills.
✔ Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
✔ You don't just follow the planning system, you stay one step ahead, anticipating operational needs before they become issues.
