Job Description

  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients
  • Identify recruitment needs and provide tailored hiring solutions
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from briefing to placement
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Negotiate contracts and placement terms
  • Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment trends and market insights



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles is a strong asset
  • Fluent in both French and Dutch (mandatory)
  • Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and ambitious
  • Eager to grow in a fast-paced and competitive environment
