Job Description

  • Attend presentations and meetings
  • Approach a network of customers and candidates
  • Persuade them to work with you on their recruitment needs
  • Negotiate terms, brief them and advise them on their recruitment needs
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate selection to offer management
  • Participate in job fairs and universities



The Successful Applicant

  • You speak Dutch and/or French fluently and have an excellent level of English
  • You are a driven, social and entrepreneurial person
  • You can work autonomously while remaining a real team-player
  • You are a persuasive and compelling person able to sell yourself and the company
  • You are adaptable and can change your style of delivery depending on your audience
