About Our Client

For one of our clients, a well-established international player in technical services and infrastructure solutions, we are currently looking for a Planning Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description

1. Operational Coordination

  • Plan and organize preventive maintenance interventions for clients
  • Manage and monitor site access requirements (e.g. regulated or secure environments)
  • Coordinate internal and external resources and optimize planning based on priorities and urgency
  • Ensure availability and follow-up of materials required for interventions (including on-call equipment)

2. Follow-up & Control

  • Review and follow up on intervention reports submitted by technicians
  • Ensure quality and completeness of data and documentation
  • Maintain and update operational tracking tools (planning, interventions, KPIs, etc.)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for field technicians
  • Provide clear and regular updates to clients
  • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders involved (internal teams, clients, technicians)

4. Administrative & Commercial Support

  • Prepare quotes for maintenance interventions and troubleshooting activities
  • Support the administrative follow-up of projects and interventions
  • Assist teams with documentation and contract management



The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A first experience in planning, coordination, or operational support, ideally within a technical environment, is a strong asset

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of the second national language, English is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage urgent situations
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (technicians, project managers, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative accuracy
  • Ability to structure and optimize processes
  • Comfortable with IT tools (Excel, planning tools, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
