Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from A to Z
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems
  • Monitor shipments and provide track & trace updates
  • Maintain compliance with international regulations and procedures
  • Communicate with overseas offices, clients, and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain and update customer procedures and documentation
  • Escalate operational issues when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Initial experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of export documentation is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (additional languages are an asset)
