The Marketing Operations Coordinator ensures that marketing activities are structured, efficient, and scalable. He/she/x acts as a key link between marketing, sales, and external partners while contributing to process optimization and operational support.

Job Description

  • Optimize and implement marketing processes and workflows
  • Develop manuals, checklists, and training materials
  • Deliver training sessions and support internal stakeholders
  • Manage marketing content and sales materials
  • Coordinate translations and communication with internal/external parties
  • Maintain systems for marketing assets, print materials, and digital content
  • Support pricing communication and documentation
  • Develop and maintain brochures, presentations, and marketing tools
  • Process and follow up on marketing invoices
  • Collaborate with suppliers (printers, agencies, photographers)
  • Support onboarding materials and visitor experiences
  • Coordinate regional events and trade shows
  • Evaluate events and measure ROI



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or similar
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong communication skills and experience delivering training
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and workflow tools (Workfront, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
  • Affinity with systems, data, and process mapping tools (e.g., Miro)
