Job Description

📦Oversee the rental, stock, and maintenance of models and simulators for training sessions.

📅 Support the planning and execution of training programs, ensuring smooth operations.

🛠️ Assist during educational events to ensure all tools and materials are set up correctly.

🤝 Work closely with training managers, product managers, and marketing teams to enhance learning initiatives.

📢 Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to optimize training experiences.

🔍Continuously seek improvements in logistics and training execution to enhance overall effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

✅ Fluent in English & Dutch with strong written and verbal communication skills.
📅 Highly organized, with excellent planning and multitasking abilities.
💻 Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems.
🙌 Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
🏋️ Physically capable of handling tasks like lifting boxes (up to 30kg).
✈️ Flexible to travel and based in Belgium.
