Job Description

As a Junior Tender & Sales Assistant your responsibilities are:

  • Support the Sales & Tendering team in preparing proposals, prequalification files, and Expressions of Interest.
  • Coordinate document exchanges and collaboration with partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and track project data through dashboards.
  • Organise key meetings and ensure smooth administrative follow-up throughout the tendering process.
  • Manage documentation (creation, standardisation, compliance, archiving) while ensuring adherence to internal and client requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Tender & Sales Assistant should have:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously,
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools with strong knowledge of Word,
  • High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to ensuring compliance with internal and client requirements,
  • Proactive, sales oriented, and stress resistant, with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
