Job Description

As an Inside Sales professional, your responsibilities are:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Support the sales team in preparing offers, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction levels to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by providing administrative and operational support.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Inside Sales professional should have:

  • A degree or diploma in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in Technology & Telecoms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
