Job Description



As an Export & Sales assistant you will have following responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial support to the sales team
  • Closely monitor and follow up on contracts, orders, and customer projects
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and distributors via email and phone
  • Manage customer portals and ensure accurate product information in collaboration with the Sales Assistant
  • Assist in the preparation of client visits and international sales trips
  • Support the organization of professional trade fairs and events
  • Keep databases, presentations, and commercial documentation up to date
  • Work closely with other departments within the company



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone with following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Marketing, or equivalent through experience
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Accurate, well-organized, and able to handle stress
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
  • Customer-focused and a team player
