Job Description

As a Demand Planner your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on market trends and historical data.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather input for demand planning.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Identify and resolve potential supply chain disruptions proactively.
  • Analyze data to improve forecasting accuracy and planning processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
  • Support the implementation of demand planning tools and systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align demand and supply strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • Educational background in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in demand planning or supply chain roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
