Job Description

As an Account Manager (M/F/X), your responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients in the banking & financial services sector
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that create real business value
  • Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on growth and retention
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing clients and prospects
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations and commercial proposals
  • Monitoring market trends and translating insights into actionable business opportunities
  • Tracking account performance and ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager will demonstrate:

  • A background in business services or financial services, ideally within the banking sector
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients
  • A proven ability to understand client needs and deliver effective, value-driven solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong commercial drive
  • Fluency in English, French and Dutch
  • A professional attitude and customer-focused approach, committed to delivering high-quality service
