Als Customer Service Teamleader leid je een team dat instaat voor een vlotte en klantgerichte backoffice werking. Je coacht medewerkers, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en optimaliseert interne processen. Daarnaast volg je KPI's op, rapporteer je aan het management en werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om klanten een uitstekende service te bieden.

Als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker (B2B) ondersteun je het sales team op administratief en commercieel vlak, en onderhoud je rechtstreeks contact met zakelijke klanten. Je geeft advies, stelt offertes op en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van dossiers.
