We are seeking a Management Assistant to provide essential support to our General Director as well as our team of consultants. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Dutch.

Our client, a consultancy firm, is seeking a Management Assistant to provide essential support to their General Director as well as their team of consultants. The firm places strong emphasis on work-life balance, offering 2 days of home office per week, and actively promotes sustainability through initiatives such as a Green Committee.

Description du poste

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support
  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and legal documents in English and Dutch
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with filing, database management, and archiving of documents
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on billing processes

Profil recherché

  • Excellent command of English and Dutch (spoken and written); French is an asset
  • Previous experience as a management assistant, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
