Description du poste

As a Receptionist your responsibilities are:

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional first impression at the front desk.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handling mail and courier services, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are prepared for use.
  • Supporting the secretarial team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Assisting visitors and employees with inquiries in a courteous manner.

Profil recherché

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • A strong command of English, French, both written and spoken, and a good knowledge of Dutch. You must be able to express yourself in all three languages.
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment and software tools.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
  • An ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a professional services or administrative role is an advantage.
