Description du poste

  • Manage and further develop an existing B2B customer portfolio
  • Proactively identify and contact new prospects within the DACH region
  • Maintain daily client contact via phone and email
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities
  • Follow up on sales targets and report on performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as purchasing and logistics
  • Participate in international trade fairs and commercial events

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or business
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or inside sales role
  • Fluent German is essential
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
  • Strong commercial drive and a true "sales mindset"
  • Confident communicator with negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented, resilient and able to work autonomously
  • Experience in the food or FMCG sector is considered an asset
