Service Strategy & Business Development

  • Support execution of the local service strategy aligned with regional objectives
  • Identify customer needs and assist in developing service solutions
  • Support sales teams with service positioning, customer analysis, and presentations
  • Promote asset management solutions during client engagements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, tools, and market developments



Customer & Partner Management

  • Act as liaison between customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Support relationship management to ensure high service quality
  • Handle service requests and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement



Implementation & Service Delivery

  • Assist in implementing service solutions after contract signature
  • Support workshops, trainings, and onboarding activities
  • Ensure services meet contractual and customer expectations
  • Contribute to international service projects and deployments
  • Support configuration of customized service solutions



Operational Excellence

  • Assist in system configuration and service administration
  • Monitor ongoing service performance and suggest improvements
  • Prepare reports on service pipeline and activities
  • Ensure accurate follow-up of customer requests and service data



Collaboration & Development

  • Collaborate with regional and international service teams
  • Share best practices and contribute to service community initiatives
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a customer-focused culture
  • Continuously develop service management and product expertise

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving and structured working approach
  • Basic understanding of IT services and solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Team player with proactive and adaptable attitude
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
