Description du poste

The Internal Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle price requests via email, phone, and other channels
  • Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing and conditions with the Sales Director
  • Prepare and send customer quotations
  • Enter offers and orders into the ERP system (knowledge of Navision or Business Central is a strong asset)
  • Follow up on ongoing quotations in collaboration with the sales team
  • Monitor and manage ongoing orders (delivery timelines, framework agreements)
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Send payment reminders when required
  • Collaborate closely with the administrative team
  • Support the preparation of trade shows and exhibitions
  • Assist in preparing orders and coordinating shipments
  • Ensure electronic registration of warehouse entries and exits
  • Participate in inventory counts when needed
  • Provide occasional support in the warehouse (receiving and shipping goods)



Profil recherché

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a back-office or order processing role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Trilingual: Dutch / French and English or German
  • Detail-oriented, stress-resistant, and versatile
  • Reliable, consistent, and commercially minded



Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or VCA standards
