As an Import Agent in the Transport & Distribution industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of import operations. Based in Zaventem, you will be responsible for managing logistical processes and providing excellent service to clients.

Beheer van dagelijkse operaties, inclusief douaneaangiften, veterinaire documenten, communicatie met luchtvaartmaatschappijen, IT-systemen en interne/externe teams 📦✈️💻📞.

Responsible for preparing and managing customs documentation for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and accurate classification of goods. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance processes and identifying opportunities to improve compliance and workflows.

In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end coordination of TRANSCON shipments, ensuring smooth freight flow, accurate system updates, and timely billing and delivery.
