We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to provide exceptional support and service to clients in the Healthcare industry.

This role is responsible for forecasting product demand across a specific EMEA portfolio by developing accurate models, analyzing trends, and aligning closely with commercial teams to build a 12-18 month demand plan. It also oversees the regional execution of the global supply plan to ensure product availability, meet service levels, and drive supply chain efficiency.

In this role, you guide the entire commercial process for clients: from quotations and contracts to follow-up and complaint handling. You work closely with internal departments and customers to optimize processes, determine pricing, and build long‑term relationships. It is a position that combines both analytical and communicative responsibilities within an international and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring smooth and timely coordination with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will support a range of general administrative tasks linked to operational, commercial, and documentation processes.

The ideal candidate combines precision, structure, and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
