As a Billing Support professional your responsibilities are:

  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry-specific financial regulations.
  • Support the reconciliation of billing records and accounts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes.
  • Provide assistance to the finance team in month-end closing activities.
  • Respond to billing inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for billing operations.

Profil recherché

A successful Billing Support professional should have:

  • Familiarity with billing systems and financial software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
