Job Description

As Office Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of office supplies, order office supplies and ensure adequate inventory.
  • General calendar management, schedule and organize meeting rooms & take notes as needed.
  • Provide support with travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal maintenance department to quickly resolve any facility issues.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail & general mailbox management.
  • Perform administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.

The Successful Applicant

As an Office Manager, you will have the following profile:

  • A degree in business management or a related field ;
  • Proven experience in a similar position ;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills ;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills ;
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch & English ;
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software.
