Functie

As a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and supporting the sales process from A to Z.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow the German-speaking client portfolio by informing them about new products, services, and promotions.
  • Sales Process Support: Assist the external sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, invoicing, and customer communication.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand and translate client needs into tailored product solutions.
  • Post-Sales Follow-Up: Ensure quality checks and follow up on delivery satisfaction to strengthen client relationships.

Profiel

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused team player who is passionate about delivering quality support.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written); strong command of Dutch and English
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Navision) is a strong asset
  • Background or interest in construction materials, natural stone, or design is a plus (not a must)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
