Job Description

You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assisting with employee relations and internal communications
  • Helping to implement training and development programs
  • Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation



The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, English
  • A strong communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
