Job Description

As a Transport Planner, your responsibilities are:

  • Plan and optimize transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate with drivers and external partners to manage logistics operations effectively.
  • Monitor and adjust transport routes to accommodate last-minute changes or unforeseen challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of transport operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Handle transport-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all transport activities align with company standards and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transport Planner should have:

  • A degree in transport or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in logistics and transport planning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multisite operations.
  • Precise, structured, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
