Job Description

As an HR Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting compelling job advertisements to attract top talent and supporting the matching of candidates with the right roles.
  • Organizing and participating in interviews, providing career guidance, and helping candidates navigate their job search.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Developing your own client portfolio through proactive outreach and business development, while closely collaborating with clients to understand their specific hiring needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process for clients, from sourcing candidates to ensuring their requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, enabling you to offer valuable insights and guidance to both candidates and clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Trainee should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
