Job Description

  • Provide top-notch customer service by effectively managing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
  • Track and report on customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Manage customer accounts efficiently, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing daily tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Support Coordinator should have:

  • A strong educational background, or 3 years of relevant experience within Customer Service functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal. Dutch is a plus.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to its success.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
