Job Description

As a Recruiter, your main mission will be to work closely with the business teams to find the
future talents and experts!

Fully responsible for the hiring process, and as
Single Point of Contact for the brand, you will intervene on the following missions:▪ A 360° management of the recruitment process (analyse of client's needs, sourcing
strategy and interview of the selected talents);
▪ Phone and face to face interviews in French and/or Dutch and English;
▪ Presentation of the shortlisted candidates to Business Managers and selection of the
best talents;
▪ Single point of contact of your consultants, you're responsible for their integration and their mission (Quarterly follow-up, trainings & workshops, integration drink);
▪ Animation of your candidates' network ;
▪ You will also be actively involved in the HR department evolution (events, process, tools choices, team dynamics,etc…).

▪ You acquired at least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized Business School or
▪ You have first confirmed experience on a Recruitment position;
▪ You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good level in English;
