The work place will be in La Louvière.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Support at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :Assist the Sales Department with tenders, CRM management, purchase orders, sales follow-up, and related tasks.Act as one of the main Points of Contact for both the Sales Department and your customers.Handle customer and external supplier inquiries via email or phone, providing the best possible solutions by working hand-in-hand with internal departments.Manage the entire order process for your customers, from receiving and entering orders to coordinating supply and logistics through to final delivery.Ensure smooth communication with all parties involved (customers, logistics providers, etc.. ).Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the Production Department to maintain optimal stock levels.Contribute to various projects that may go beyond Customer Service, depending on your interests and desired level of involvement.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate for this Sales Support position would have the following skills:Ideally, you have a bachelor or a master degree.You have at least 1 year of experience.You speak fluently French and English. Dutch is a great plus!You are proactive and hands-on.
