Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
You ensure the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory
You follow the procedure of visit in the Point of Sales
You are the "To go to" person with merchandisers to implement Point of Sales (POS) merchandising activities
You develop the commercial growth pillars in your area
You perform customer visits and maintain regular customer contacts, as well as identifying and following up on promotional and expansion opportunities with existing customers and ensure follow-up
You support the client on placement optimisation, promotions, seasonal campaigns as well as engaging customers in Category Management discussions and innovative sales approach
You verify that products are available, properly placed, prices are visible and guarantee a good stock level
You report and communicate store activity evolution to your manager in a structured way
The Successful Applicant
You have a super good command of French and Dutch and you speak English as well
You hold a Master degree in a relevant field and might have a first field experience
You have good planning skills and priority setting
You have a sales orientated mindset
You are passionate about FMCG
