Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support/Order Management profile to strengthen the sales team by providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring smooth order handling. In this role, you will be the backbone of the team, making sure that all processes run efficiently and that customers receive excellent service.Tasks:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team (preparing quotations, contracts, presentations, reports)
  • Handle order administration: input, follow-up, coordination with logistics and invoicing
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal departments and external partners regarding documentation and processes
  • Ensure accuracy of customer and product data in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, MS Office)
  • Support the sales team with margin analysis, reporting, and follow-up on KPIs
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely deliveries and smooth execution
  • Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing sales documentation



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Sales Support/Order Management profile that:

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Hands-on, service-minded, and a strong team player
  • IT proficiency: MS Office, SAP (or similar ERP systems)
