About Our Client
Our client is a big maker of retailer own brand household and personal care goods.
In this role you work closely together with your Key Account Manager.
You are responsible for administrative follow up and commercial support.
You coordinate the whole life cycle of the products in your portfolio and are the point of contact for our customers.
You understand our customer needs (products, volumes, delivery times...) and propose, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, the best solutions.
You deal with customer complaints and suggest appropriate solutions to different types of problems.

It is necessary that you:
* Are able to work autonomously, under pressure in a rapidly changing and highly demanding environment;
* Show a high degree of interpersonal skills;
* Have a commercial attitude.
You will be required to demonstrate the ability to:
* Remain calm under pressure and in any situation;
* Work pro-actively and in good collaboration with your internal and external customers to get to the best results;
* Work conscientiously;
* Multitask and work with speed and agility.
Your technical skills should look like this:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French;
* Good knowledge of English
* Advanced user knowledge of Office;
* Knowledge of SAP is an asset
